Giving Back to Our Community.

Our community has supported Ketchie Creek Bakery for many years, and we’re always grateful for opportunities to give back. We love supporting local organizations, schools, families, and causes that make Davie and Forsyth counties such special places to live and work.

Our Donation Guidelines.

We receive many requests for donations throughout the year, and while we truly wish we could say yes to them all, we simply aren’t able to. To help us give where we can make the most meaningful impact, we ask that you review the guidelines below before submitting a request.

Keeping it local.
Our donations are focused on organizations, events, and causes serving Davie and Forsyth counties, the communities surrounding our Mocksville and Clemmons bakeries.

Supporting meaningful causes.
We prioritize fundraisers that support local nonprofits, schools, community programs, and individuals or families experiencing a need or hardship. At this time, we’re unable to provide donations for social gatherings, club meetings, private events, or similar activities.

Fundraising for your school? Let’s plan a Spirit Night!
We love supporting our local schools through Ketchie Creek Spirit Nights. Rather than individual donations or sponsorships, Spirit Nights are our way of giving back to schools in our community. If your school is located in Davie or Forsyth County, you can use the form below to request a Spirit Night, and our team will be in touch with more information.

A little notice goes a long way.
Our bakery stays busy, and many donations require some planning on our part. Please submit your request at least 14 days before your event or requested pickup date. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate last-minute requests.

To make things easier for both our team and yours, we ask that all donation requests be submitted through this form rather than by phone, email, social media, or at one of our bakery locations.

We wish we could say yes to everyone.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee that we’ll be able to provide a donation. We receive more requests than we can possibly fulfill, but we appreciate every organization that thinks of Ketchie Creek and will give each eligible request thoughtful consideration.
